  2. Express Shipping: For those who need their scooter in a hurry, we offer express shipping which typically ensures delivery within 2-3 business days.
  3. In-Store Pickup: If you’re located near our Fresno store, you can opt for in-store pickup. Order online and your scooter will be ready for collection within 24 hours.
  4. Local Delivery: As part of our commitment to our local community, we offer free local delivery within Fresno city limits. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of order confirmation.

At Electric Scooter House, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy:

  1. 30-Day Return: You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will provide instructions.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
